Very slanted
I’m not a republican. Don’t like trump that much but when you make it seem like one political party had all the fault and the other had none it’s just obvious that there’s a clear agenda here. Just tell history like it happened. Unsub
Oops, not all the truth
Listening to the episode on leaving Afghanistan. Seems as if they only have the Democrats Truth in this episode, regardless of whether or not Joe Biden thought he had to do something he didn’t have to do what he did. Joe was the president! He could have chosen to postpone us leaving and protected Bogam and the Afghanis, who worked with us. This was part of his “legacy” a vanity project. The man got 13 soldiers killed at Abby gate. And has now decided not to acknowledge their death under his watch. He’s a sad sack, incredibly dishonorable and his administration is terrible. He chose poorly. It’s time for your history to actually be what happened and not what you’d like to spin it to believe happened. That is real journalism.
Very woke and biased
At first I liked the story telling, but then the message became very woke and biased. Very disappointed! Especially, blaming the Afghanistan situation on trump. Seeing as how Joe Biden did one of the worst withdrawals in American history, killing 13 veterans and only mentioning there names in a twitter post 2 years later.
Strong political bias
Started listening and had to stop. Clearly a pro-party / administration type bias that is not at all from an objective perspective. Blaming the former administration for the incompetence of the democrats and the stupidly disastrous way the US withdrew from Afghanistan. Nough said.
Bias
It is too bad history can’t be conveyed without political bias. The Afghanistan evacuation episode of course takes shot at Trump without holding Biden accountable for an August evacuation after being in office since January. Damaged America’s world reputation amongst allies yet podcaster never mentions the Biden administration’s massive failure while in office to meet an arbitrary goal of evacuation by 9/11. Cost the lives of American soldiers. Embarrassing work by podcaster
Left wing propoganda
The 8/20/2021 episode on the Afghan withdrawal is so horribly inaccurate it might was well have been written by Biden himself. He was the President. He was in charge.
I can’t take the hard left direction this show is going
I used to be a regular subscriber. But after this authors attempt to put his left-leaning spin on history, I have to find something else. I have moved on and will look for a better more accurate portrayal of history.
Full of poo poo
That darn 45th president not only botched the withdrawal from Afghanistan,he also started both world wars, the American Civil war and the Heidelberg disaster. The real Lindsey Graham has chunks of this clown in his morning movements.
Disappointing
I used to enjoy this daily dose of history. Now I’m finding most of the content is negative and makes me feel bad. (I understand why the host sounds so depressed- most of his other podcasts are negative topics, too.) The quantity of ads is over the top. And many times, after listening to 6 minutes of ads, I realize the show is a repeat - just call it an encore so we don’t waste time or space (no need to say it’s remastered like in the past).
History for Everyone
I love this podcast so much that I’ve made it part of my nightly routine as I get ready for bed. In less than 20 minutes, the host tells an interesting synopsis of a specific event from that day in world history. Some of the topics are things we’ve all heard of, and some are more obscure, but the stories are all equally enjoyable. If you’re a history fan (like me), you’ll love it. If you want to learn more about history but don’t have time or energy to study it, this is what you’re looking for!
One star because can’t give zero
Noiser+ from the start great, up to you. We have the choice to ignore you. Retroactively going back and making things people already have in their libraries as Noiser+ is unethical (at best). Podcast is fine, host’s business practices are trash.
Revisionist history
The episode on Belle Boyd was little more than fairy tale . No mention of how many deaths—in both forces—her exploits caused. Shame on this usually ok podcast.
TWA 847 correction

Stethem was honorarily promoted to Master Chief Petty Officer in 2010. The guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG-63) carries his namesake.
Favorite pod
Love the pod! Just a heads up about the Bin Laden episode; “Special Forces” means Green Berets.
Hale-Bop confirmation
I can confirm the episode does loop. My son and I listen to these episodes together, and we thought given that it was the April 1 lease. It was going to end as an April fools joke. In my episode, they never got out of the boat.
Am I schizzing out?
I swear the hale bop episode is repeating lol
Episode
Ya, it is really annoying
Great for driving to work
I listen to this podcast when I am heading into work, which is about a forty five minute drive. It helps me learn new things and also is a good listen. I highly recommend it. Also, your April 1st episode was great. I was listening to it at work, and as it started to repeat itself, at first, I was getting confused, but then it started to repeat the same sentence again, and my thoughts were “ This has to be an April Fool’s gag. However, honestly, maybe place a quick note at the end saying as much.
Love it but
Your Hale Bopp episode is messed up and keeps repeating itself. Just a heads up.
Excellent content and delivery, way too many commercials.
Excellent content and delivery, way too many commercials.
April 1
The April 1st podcast is either all jacked up or a really bad April Fools Day joke.
Hale-Bopp Comet
This episode is not correct….just keeps repeating the same minute over again
It’s great when it plays
But that’s the rub. It freezes up and renders “episode unavailable” more than all of my other podcasts combined. Also, take it for what it is. 15-20 minute intro into what are often complicated and nuanced events. Teasers so to speak. There’s no way to fit the details into the short format and a lot is missed in the summary.
Too Woke? Not Woke Enough!!! 😃
Lindsey’s shows are easy listening, almost like “rain sounds” for history nerds. Also appreciate that not every episode is about gruesome wars, senseless violence, and terrible moments in history. My favorite episodes are the ones that highlight literature, inventions, exploration, and moments when humanity was a little less focused on mistreating one another. That’s just one woke, pacifist’s opinion though 😉 Keep up the great work team!
Episode
Can you do the day the Blues won the Stanley Cup?
Wonderful storytelling
Graham and the writers use effective storytelling techniques and compelling narration. Ignore the complainers. They are usually people we’d rather ignore anyway.
Enjoyable, but repetitive
Enjoyable, snack-sized daily history bites to feed your brain. I especially enjoy learning about monumental US history events, but I also enjoy the thoroughness of daily worldwide history too. Unfortunately, after more than a year of listening, I’ve notice they repeat many episodes. Surely more than one event worth mentioning happened each day of the year. I understand some big things, eg Pearl Harbor, are well known on the day, but how many times are you going to make us listen to it? Did nothing else happen that day?
Interesting stories
I have enjoyed listening since this podcast began, particularly the more unknown events that are fun to learn about. The narration is well done. My main complaint is that so many episodes are reused now, because I love to hear new stories every day like in the first year of the podcast
Nice podcast!
Just 4 words: Best History Podcast Ever!!!! 😁😁😁😁
